As a husband and father, it is your duty to protect your family.

The fact that your body is built for war compared to a female’s shows that we, as men, evolved to be beasts capable of delivering swift and overwhelming violence.

The recent trend of the “dad bods are sexy”, Peter Griffin charicatures, and Doofus Dads is nothing more than a PsyOp to get family men weakened and thus, their family vulnerable. It’s sound crazy until you look around you and ask the question, “How the f*$k did we get to this point?” and then it becomes clear, this was by design.

Hope is not lost, there’s been a push against the acceptance of this narrative by fathers such as myself and the many others out there writing about strong families and the need for strong leaders. We’re going against the masses and speaking up to help our fellow family men help themselves, helping their entire family in the process.

Strong men are not easy targets, they’re often going to be left alone by a predator lurking around looking to cause damage and mayhem to another. If you’re soft, lack situational awareness, and come across as unprepared to meet violence with violence, you’re going to find yourself or a loved one get wrecked.

This piece is meant to help you avoid the preventable pain.
