This list is ridiculous, and yet, we’ve normalized the hell out of being outraged about each of these things over the course of these past 2-3 years. This list barely scratches the surface of “hot topic” issues we’ve been told to lose our minds over in recent times.

I didn’t even try when creating this; I thought of recent things I’ve seen people on Twitter quarreling over, and immediately, 21 items came to my mind; imagine if I’d Google’d or scrolled through Reddit’s top stories? I could 10x this list - easily.
Stop Acting Like You Give a F@$K
There’s no reason you should consider giving a damn about what we see going on at the national level; 90% of these things don’t matter to you, and it’s okay to admit that.
There’s nothing wrong with being honest and saying, “I don’t care.” In fact, it’ll likely be a liberating experience for you as you can finally not give time and attention to things you never really gave a damn about in the first place; except now you don’t have to worry about wasting time with the act of putting on the dog and pony show required to appear well-versed and “in the know” of whatever hot topic is making its rounds.
