Taxes are not a “necessary evil”; they’re just evil as taxation is theft, end of story.
Let’s address why taxation is not something you should be dismissive of.
To begin, what are we talking about?
Taxation is collecting money from individuals or businesses by a government or other public authority to fund public services and/or to pay for operations/events the government has deemed necessary.
Taxation is often considered a necessary evil (Bullshit: See Above), as it is considered necessary to fund public services and infrastructure, but in reality, to those who have their eyes open, it is seen as a form of theft.
Quick Pause: I want to recognize Anthony Migliorino as “the guy” who opened my eyes to this. I was one of those who blindly accepted the system as it was; Anthony helped me understand how to use it to my advantage and to see the strings being pulled by those who did not have our (American Citizens) best interests in mind.
Why Is Taxation Literal Theft?
Because taxation is a form of taking money from individuals or businesses without their consent and without providing any direct benefit in return. The government does in broad daylight what the mob had to do in alleys, basements, and shadows.
Taxation is theft because it is a forced transfer of wealth from one group of people to another. This transfer of wealth is done without the consent of the people paying the taxes and without providing any direct benefit in return. This means that the people paying the taxes are not receiving any direct benefit from the taxes they are paying and instead have their money taken away from them without their consent.
That is called stealing when done by anyone besides those writing the laws.

What happens when you stand up to the mob also happens when you stand up to the government…
Taxation is also a form of government coercion.
Governments use taxation to force people to comply with their laws and regulations and to fund public services and infrastructure. This means that people are being forced to pay taxes, even if they do not agree with the laws or regulations that the government is imposing.
This is a form of coercion, as people are forced to comply with the government’s wishes, even if they disagree with them.
