Meditation has been practiced for centuries, and for many people, it has become an integral part of their everyday lives. Some view meditation as sitting on a mountain or in a yoga studio, but that’s not the case. You can meditate and center your mind in the car on your way to work, sitting in a room at home, or walking in nature.
